Chocolate Chip Cookies


2 cups Purple Mountain Soft Wheat Flour
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup safflower oil, or like oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix dry ingredients, then add liquids, stirring until uniform consistency. Then add chocolate chips.
  3. Spoon small drops of batter onto a greased or lined cookie sheet and bake 14-15 minutes
